| Any disclaimer your employer or industry requires | Several fonts and bright colors |
Tips for a signature that looks good everywhere
- Keep it short: four to six lines is enough for most people.
- Use text, not one big image: some email apps block images until the reader allows them, and text stays readable and clickable.
- Host images online: email apps cannot show a photo saved only on your computer. Keep images small, around 80 to 120 pixels wide for a photo.
- Use a common font: fonts like Arial, Verdana and Georgia display the same on almost every device.
- Test it: send an email to yourself and open it on your phone and computer before using it with clients.
Frequently asked questions
Is this email signature generator free?
Yes. You can create, copy and download as many signatures as you want, with no sign-up and no watermark.
Is my information saved or uploaded?
No. The signature is built in your browser. Your details are not sent to or stored by ShokokoTech, and they disappear when you close the page.
Why is my photo not showing?
Check that the link starts with https:// and opens the image directly in a browser tab. Images from private folders or sites that block hotlinking will not load. Some readers also need to allow images in their email app.
Will the signature work on my phone?
The signature is designed to display well on phones when people read your emails. Email apps on phones often have their own, simpler signature setting, so you may need to set a shorter version there.
Can I use it for a whole team?
Yes. Create one signature as a template, then change the name, title and contact details for each person so everyone uses the same layout and colors.
